Why teams anchor here

Everything around Workspace, handled

Google builds the product. We make sure it fits your company — the licences, the domains, the records that decide whether your mail lands, and the person who picks up when something looks wrong.

Better value than buying direct

Reseller agreements, promotional terms on new domains and annual commitments are negotiated for you. We also right-size seats so you stop paying for licences nobody signed into last quarter.

Migration by people who've done it

Mail, calendars, contacts and shared drives move from Microsoft 365, Exchange, Zoho or another Gmail tenant. Delta syncs run right up to cutover so nothing lands in the old mailbox.

Deliverability configured properly

SPF, DKIM and DMARC published and validated, alignment checked, and a staged move to an enforcing policy. We monitor aggregate reports so a new tool never quietly breaks your sending.

24/7 support from humans

Real engineers on chat, email and phone at any hour, plus a named account manager who knows your setup. No ticket carousel, no scripted first line, no waiting for a region to wake up.

Google Workspace editions

Pick the shape that fits your crew

The reseller difference

Google gives you the platform. We give you the shoreline around it.

Buying licences takes five minutes. Making them work across your domains, devices, legacy apps and sending tools is the part that eats a quarter. That is the part we take.

What you get

Six reasons teams buy through Team Cove

Same Google Workspace. A materially calmer path to running it well.

Migration from Microsoft 365, Exchange or another Gmail tenant

We audit the source tenant, map users and aliases, move mail, calendars, contacts and files, then run delta syncs so the last message before cutover arrives in the new mailbox. Shared mailboxes become delegated accounts or groups — mapped deliberately, not guessed.

Admin console set up the way it should have been from day one

Organisational units that match how you're actually structured, groups with sane posting rules, sharing defaults that don't leak documents, device policies, and delegated admin roles so your ops lead isn't a super admin by accident.

Deliverability that survives your growth

One tidy SPF chain instead of six stacked includes. DKIM signing on every sending source. DMARC introduced in reporting mode, watched, then tightened. When you add a new CRM or invoicing tool, we re-check before it starts sending, not after your replies stop.

Gemini AI in Workspace, switched on with guardrails

Where your edition includes it, we enable Gemini across Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Meet, scope it by organisational unit, brief your team on what it can and can't see, and write a short internal usage note so adoption doesn't turn into a data question later.

Local billing and invoices your finance team accepts

Consolidated invoicing in your currency with proper tax documentation, purchase-order references and annual or monthly terms. Add or remove seats mid-cycle and it appears on one predictable statement instead of a card charge nobody can reconcile.

A dedicated account manager and 24/7 escalation

One named person who knows your domains, your migration history and your quirks — not a rotating queue. Behind them, engineers on chat, email and phone around the clock, with a documented escalation path into Google support when an issue belongs upstream.

How it works

Three steps into calm water

Most teams go from first email to fully migrated in under two weeks. Larger tenants get a phased plan with a pilot group first.

Tell us what you're running

A 20-minute call covers headcount, current mail platform, domains, aliases, shared mailboxes and any compliance obligations. You leave with an edition recommendation, a migration approach and a written quote.

We build and migrate

We provision your tenant, verify domains, structure the admin console, publish SPF, DKIM and DMARC, then move mail and files in staged batches. A pilot group tests before anyone else is touched.

You settle in, we stay on

Cutover happens in a scheduled window with us watching queues live. Afterwards you keep your account manager, 24/7 support, licence reviews and a check-in each quarter as the team grows.

Security & deliverability

Protected at the mouth of the cove

Most email incidents are not sophisticated. They're a missing DNS record, an admin without 2FA, or a departing employee whose access nobody revoked. We close those before they become a story.

SPF, DKIM & DMARC

Authentication published, aligned and validated across every sending source, then moved from monitoring to an enforcing policy at a pace that won't drop legitimate mail.

2-step verification enforced

Mandatory 2FA with security keys for admins and privileged accounts, enrolment tracked by organisational unit, and login challenges tuned so travelling staff aren't locked out.

Data loss prevention

Rules that spot card numbers, national IDs and confidential document markers leaving over Gmail or Drive, with warn-or-block actions and a review queue your team can actually maintain.

Admin controls & offboarding

Least-privilege admin roles, audited sharing defaults, device management, and a documented offboarding routine that suspends access, transfers files and archives the mailbox the same day.

In their words

Teams that moved and stayed

A few of the people who let us near their DNS records.

We moved 190 people off Microsoft 365 over a Friday night and Monday was uneventful — which is the highest praise I can give a migration. The shared mailbox mapping alone would have taken our team a month to work out.
Rina MatsudaHead of IT, Harbourlyn
Our outbound replies had been sliding into spam for months and nobody could tell us why. Team Cove untangled a stacked SPF record, signed three sending tools with DKIM, and put DMARC on properly. Reply rates recovered within a fortnight.
Daniel OkonjoRevenue Operations, Quillbank
What sold us was the account manager. We'd been a ticket number somewhere else for two years. Now I message one person, she already knows our tenant, and things get resolved before I've finished explaining them.

Questions

Things people ask before they move

If yours isn't here, write to us and a real engineer will answer.

Request a quote and we'll share pricing tailored to your team size, chosen edition and commitment term. Because we quote per organisation, we can factor in mixed editions across departments, seasonal headcount and any promotional terms available on a new domain — which a self-serve checkout can't do.

Yes — identical product, identical infrastructure, identical release schedule. The only difference is who provisions and supports it. Team Cove is an independent authorized reseller: we handle licensing, setup, migration, billing and first-line support, and we escalate to Google when an issue genuinely belongs with them. Your data and your admin console are yours throughout.

A team of 25 to 100 typically completes in one to two weeks, most of which is preparation rather than waiting. Historical mail, calendars, contacts and files copy across in staged batches while your old system keeps running — nothing is switched off until the copy is verified.

Cutover is a scheduled window, usually an evening or weekend, and we run a final delta sync so messages that arrived during the copy are pulled in too. In practice users see their mailbox reappear with its history intact and carry on. Larger or regulated tenants get a phased plan with a pilot group first.

Yes. Add seats any time — new joiners are usually provisioned the same day, with the right organisational unit, groups and device policy applied automatically. Reductions follow the terms of your commitment, and we review licence usage with you before each renewal so dormant seats don't quietly ride along. Upgrading an edition never means re-migrating: mail, files and settings stay exactly where they are.

Deliverability is a core part of the engagement, not an add-on. We audit your current DNS, consolidate SPF into a single clean chain within the lookup limit, publish DKIM keys for every legitimate sending source — your CRM, invoicing tool, help desk and marketing platform included — and introduce DMARC in reporting mode before tightening it.

After go-live we keep watching aggregate reports, so if a new tool starts sending unsigned mail we catch it before your replies stop arriving.

Support is included, not sold separately. You get 24/7 access to our engineers by chat, email and phone, plus a named account manager who knows your tenant and picks up escalations without you re-explaining the history. Median first response across our customers is around eleven minutes.

On top of reactive support we run licence reviews, security posture checks and a quarterly check-in covering new Workspace features worth turning on for a team your size.
